Rossat Vape means Rossat Limited, together with its subsidiary and holding companies and any subsidiaries of such holding companies.

Terminology

“Conditions” – Terms and Conditions detailed below.

“You/Your” – Anyone except persons legally appointed to manage and run the business of Rossat Limited and its subsidiaries.

“Us/our/we” – This means Rossat Limited, registered as Private Limited Company in England and Wales under the number 11346363 and address Office: 2932, 321-323 High Road, Chadwell Heath, Essex, RM6 6AX, UK.

“Website” – Means either one of the websites located at https://www.rossatvape.com or any other URL which may replace it.

”Products” -Items/services that are purchasable on www.rossatvape.com.

”Non-subscription Services” – Any Services other than Subscription Services.

”Personal Information” – Any data example name, address, etc that you provide to us.

 

You must be over 18 to purchase this product. We have an effective and monitored age verification process provided by VerifyMyAge. We will not sell to persons that do not meet the age restrictions for this product and by continuing with this purchase you hereby consent to the processing of your personal data for age verification purposes.

Terms of Service:

The following terms shall cover the conditions on which we basically supply services and products to you, our customers. We encourage you to read them carefully before you place your order with us. Our terms and conditions will acquaint you specifically with who we are, the process of delivery of our services and products, the remedial steps to solve any problem that may arise and what may nullify the contract between us.

When you agree to abide by our Terms of Service, you signify that you will employ none of our services or products to any unlawful or illegal use and neither you, as a customer will infringe any commandments in your jurisdiction. We would like to assure you that information taken from your credit cards will always be encrypted whenever transferred through different set of connections.

If you have already placed order(s) and are writing to us for any purpose, you are requested to include the details of your order(s) as it would help us a great deal to recognize and categorize it. If you might be willing to cancel any order(s) place via email or post, your cancellation in that case will be effectual from the date that you might have emailed us or posted a letter.

 

 Contract with You:

Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. Under any circumstances, if we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you of this over phone or in writing. It might because of a certain product being out of stock or limited resources unexpectedly at times – whatever the reason, we will not charge you in any case.

 

Return policy And Warranty:

Our Return Policy expires within 14 days of purchase. If this period has gone by, we cannot unfortunately be able to offer you any sum of money as refund or exchange of products.
Within the period of 14 days, if you feel the need to return, the sold item must be in the unused state and in the top-notch condition that it was sold to you. The original packaging must also be retained and not discarded off. For the eligibility of any sold product returned, we necessitate the receipt provided during your purchase or any other appropriate proof.  E-Liquids that has been opened do not fall under the category of products that can be exchanged or returned.

Each product has different warranty periods and depending on the brand it may be between 3 to 12 months. We give the warranty details on the product page but if you have any question you can contact us. If you have received any manufacturing defect product you can return the product which will be replaced at no extra cost or in case the product is no longer available we will give a full refund. Once we have received a defective product we will forward the item to its brand owner or its authorized representative like distributors who have expert team and who will confirm the product has manufacturing fault or fault due to misuse. In case the expert confirms the product defect is due to misuse we will not refund or replace the item and will send it back with detailed reason explained.

 

Alterations – the service and prices:

Rossat Vape holds the right to alter the prices of its products without prior notice and at any time, it can amend or terminate the service offered. We shall not be accountable to you or to any intermediary entity for any adjustment, change of price, deferment or termination of the service offered.

 

Our Products

Products might diverge slightly from their pictures that you see on our website, where we have used the images only for the sole purpose of illustration. At Rossat Vape, we attempt sincerely to display the products with their accurate colours when it comes to packaging or bodies of devices, we cannot guarantee that the process will be entirely non-erroneous. The products might vary slightly from their images with a probability of five to ten percent.

 

customer Rewards:

Customer Rewards has two variants, Shopper of the Month and Refer A Friend.

Shopper of the month: Both Registered and Un-registered customers are eligible for this reward. If an un-registered customer wins the reward, he/she will needs to place 2nd order with which we will send the reward for free. Shopper of the Month Program starts from 1st March, 2021. At the end of every month after 28 February, 2021,  we will select one customer who will receive the free gift of that month as shown in Customer Rewards Page, https://rossatvape.com/customer-rewards .

  1.    During 1st week of of each month we will publish the reward of the month on the page.
  2. At the end of the month we will select the customer who has spent the most that month. If that particular customer has not been made Customer of the Month during the last 6 month period, he/she will be announced as Shopper of the Month and will be rewarded with the Free reward allocated for that month.
  3. Anyone who has been selected for Customer Of the Month and awarded, he will not be nominated again as Customer Of the Month for the next 6 Month even he/she has spent the most that month. This is to give a wider number of customers a chance to win.
  4. Once someone is selected as Shopper of the Month, he will be notified by email / text. The shopper of the month will also be asked if his/her photo and small message can be displayed on the Shopper Of The Month section of the Customer Reward page. If the customer agrees, he/she can send us a nice selfie by email, info@rossatvape.com or by Whatsapp, 07540827923.
  5. All rewards will be dispatched with the next order of the customer.     

Refer A Friend: This reward is ONLY for existing registered customers who have a valid “Your Referral URL:” in their My Account dashboard. Under this scheme, the user is rewarded a £10 coupon which he/she can use at rossatvape.com during checkout.

  1.  To be eligible for this reward the customer needs to share his/her Your Referral URL link with someone.
  2. Once that person with whom Referral URL has been shared with uses the link to visit rossatvape.com and place a successful order at rossatvape.com, the customer whose shared link has been used will receive a coupon code of worth £10 by email.
  3. The coupon code can only be used at rossatvape.com checkout to reduce the basket value by £10 and cannot be exchanged with money.
  4. In order for the coupon to work, the total value of the cart must be £10 or more during checkout.

 

Rights of Our customers:

When making any changes to the product that you have ordered, please contact us. We shall let you know whether the change is possible. If it is possible, we will share with you every detail as associated with it – price of the product, timing and delivery process or anything else which is deemed essential because of the change that you have requested for. We shall ask you to ascertain whether you wish to go ahead with the change. If we cannot make the change or the consequences of making the change are unacceptable to you, you are offered the choice to end the contract.

The costs of delivery will be displayed to you on our website. During the order process we will have you well acquainted with when we can provide the products to you. We will deliver your goods no later than days after the date on which we shall accept your order. We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our capabilities, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform and steps shall be undertaken to minimize the effect of the delay.
